statutory declarations

Two types of statutory declarations are required.

A statutory declaration must be provided by all individuals who conduct lobbying activites. In addition each company CEO must provide a statutory declaration about the company's practices regarding success fees.

Please ensure all sections of the statutory declaration forms are completed and that the declarations are witnessed by an appropriately qualified person (who can witness statutory declarations in Victoria PDF, 15kb). Incomplete statutory declarations may delay the processing of an application for inclusion on the Register of Lobbyists.
